A Beczak Birthday Party can accommodate up to 15 children at the pricing levels described under the Party Options section.  Add $5 for each additional child up to a maximum of 20 children.  At least two adult chaperones are required at all times.   

Schedule and Reservations
Parties are scheduled year-round.

All parties are held rain or shine.

Rates and Payment
Birthday parties range in price from $285 and to $400 based upon the package of activities selected.  See the Party Options section below for more information.

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve a date.  Full payment is required 14 days prior to the date of your party.

Returned checks are subject to an additional $25 service charge. 

Other Requirements
Customers reserving a seining party or any other outdoor activities shall – at the time of reservation – select an alternative party that features indoor activities in the event of inclement weather.

At least two adult chaperones are required to be present during the party. 

For a seining party, chaperones will be required to help supervise the children near the water and to assist the children with getting in and out of the chest waders.

Customers will provide any food, drink, birthday cake, plates, utensils, napkins, cups, and decorations.  Customers may also provide music.

Customers may arrive no more than 30 minutes in advance of the party to set up.
