Our Commitment to Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. To protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. This document sets forth Beczak’s policy regarding your privacy for all transactions: phone, in person, via mail and over the Internet
Collection and Use of Personal Information
When you request information, register for a program, make a donation or contact Beczak in any way, we may ask you specific information in order to process your donation, request, and/or registration. We may ask you for contact information (such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail) and demographic information (such as your zip code).
In general, we use identifiable information to complete a transaction. We use aggregated data (such as where our supporters live) to develop and improve our programming.
We may also ask you for contact information so that we may send you news and information about Beczak. You always have the option not to receive mail from us.
Protecting Personal Information
Beczak will do everything we can to protect your personal information. All employees and volunteers are notified in writing, at time of employment, that your personal information is to be kept private and not shared even within the office unless there is a need to know. At this time, Beczak does not share our mailing list with any other organizations.
