Where Children Discover the Hudson

BZK Edu offered an exciting alternative to the traditional birthday party(Not offered anymore), with up to two hours of Hudson River-related crafts, games and exploration for children ages 4 to 10.

At BZK Edu we know that learning about the Hudson River is fun. We also know that interaction with the natural world is essential for every child’s healthy development. Many parents agree. That’s why BZK Edu Birthday Parties are a hit with young and old alike.

Located on the banks of the Hudson River, with magnificent views of the Palisades, we offer a unique indoor/outdoor venue for parties. Our spacious interpretive center includes aquaria housing various Hudson River species as well as engaging exhibits that let children learn about river ecology through hands-on activities. Outside, our big lawn, tidal marsh and sandy beach are ideal for environmentally themed activities guided by our staff.

BZK Edu Birthday parties run from 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours in length and typically include:

• Welcome, introductions and the making of a birthday crown and name
• Parent-selected activity package
• Food and cake celebration
